Orders $68.99 and under have a flat delivery fee of $7.00
We aim to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing, excluding weekends and public holidays.
All orders are sent via NZ Post and do not require signature upon delivery.
If you’d like to set specific delivery instructions or redirect your parcel, you can manage this directly through NZ Post by creating an online account.
We’re happy to ship to:
- Residential addresses
- Workplaces
- PO Boxes
We’ll send you a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including a tracking link so you can see exactly where it is until it arrives at your door.
RETURNS
Free returns will be given to all customers within 14 days of delivery. A refund can be given provided the product is unused, sealed, and sent back securely packed in their original box.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for products received outside of 14 days.
All returns will be inspected by our quality control team once it arrives.
