3. Prices and Payments
We use Shopify to process payments. In accordance with our Privacy Policy, certain personal information may be provided to our third-party payment provider.
All prices displayed on our Website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST.
Product prices are shown on the relevant product pages and may be changed at any time without notice.
You authorise us and our payment providers to charge your nominated payment method for any order you place through the Website.
Payment information may be securely stored to enable processing of your orders.
4. GLOWBODY SUPPS Subscription
When you become a GLOWBODY SUPPS subscriber:
- A 15% discount will apply to all subscription orders.
- Free shipping applies to all New Zealand domestic repeat subscription orders over the value of $69.00.
You may manage your subscription at any time by logging into your GLOWBODY SUPPS account. This includes pausing, skipping or cancelling deliveries, and updating your payment details and shipping address.
5. Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your online account, free of charge.
To ensure your next order is not processed, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled order is due to be sent.
If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before processing, your order may still be dispatched. In this situation, you may return the product in accordance with our Return Policy below.
A refund will only be provided if the product is returned within 14 days of receipt, is unopened and in its original packaging. Refund processing times may very depending on your bank.
6. Shipping
We currently ship exclusively within New Zealand.
Shipping charges are as follows:
- Free shipping on all orders over $69.00, including subscription orders.
- A flat delivery fee of $7.00 for orders $68.99 and under.
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing, excluding weekends and public holidays.
All orders are sent via NZ Post and do not require a signature on delivery.
You may manage delivery preferences and redirections directly with NZ Post by creating an online account. We ship to residential addresses, workplaces and PO Boxes.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.
7. Order Changes and Accuracy
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or make changes to it. This includes changes to delivery addresses, items, discounts or full order cancellations.
Please ensure all order and delivery details are entered correctly at checkout.
If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
8. Returns and Refunds
We offer free returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund:
- the product must be unused, unopened and sealed;
- the product must be returned in its original packaging and securely packed; and
- the return must be received within 14 days of delivery.
Returns received outside of the 14-day period cannot be accepted.
All returned items are inspected by our quality control team. If a product is returned damaged due to inadequate packaging, the return will not be accepted.
